AIvanced Academy is an online, self-paced AI training platform from Velvet Oak. Its courses teach people how to use today's AI tools, such as ChatGPT, effectively and responsibly, through short lessons and interactive exercises.

Each course is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Each course has its own price, shown on its course page: short, focused courses cost less, and longer, more advanced courses cost more.
Membership costs $29.99 per month or $249.99 per year. Membership includes every published course in the catalog, including new ones. Company-only training isn't part of the public catalog. You can cancel anytime; your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
A learning path is a set of courses taken in order. It costs 30% less than buying its courses one by one, and never more than $79.99.
Teams plans are priced per person. Monthly billing is $24.99 per user per month. Annual billing is $239.99 for 3–9 people, $219.99 for 10–24 people, $194.99 for 25–49 people, $174.99 for 50–99 people (per user per year). For 100 or more people, contact sales at sales@aivancedacademy.com.
Teams start with 3 seats, and you can add 2 at a time. Each person uses one seat, including the manager who buys the plan. The manager invites people by name and email; each person joins by creating an account (or signing in) with the invited email address. Removing someone frees their seat for someone else. Managers can make another member a manager, see everyone's progress and download it as a CSV file. A Teams plan includes every published course in the catalog.
Courses are self-paced, and most take a few hours or less. Each course page shows its estimated length and its number of lessons and modules.
Yes. Courses include free preview lessons that anyone can open without an account. Choose Start Free Preview on a course page.
Yes. When you complete all the required lessons and exercises in a course, you earn a verifiable certificate of completion. Each certificate has a number that anyone can check on the Verify a Certificate page.
You can get a full refund for a course or learning-path purchase if you ask within 14 days of buying it and you have completed less than half of its content. Email support@aivancedacademy.com to ask. Memberships can be canceled anytime and stay active until the end of the paid period; there are no refunds for part of a billing period.
