Founder and CEO, AIvanced Academy
James Finley is the founder and CEO of AIvanced Academy.
He built the Academy because most AI training missed the people who needed it most. It was hype, long video lectures, or material written for engineers. Meanwhile, everyday professionals were expected to figure out ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot on their own, and hope they didn't put company data at risk along the way.
AIvanced Academy offers the alternative: short, practical lessons where you practice on real work like email, Excel, meeting notes, and reports, with hands-on exercises and feedback as you go. Every course covers safety and privacy. There's no hype and there are no big promises, just real skills, one practical step at a time.
